Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do with Comic Factory. It applies to all users and supplements our Terms of Service.

Allowed use

• Create original comics, storyboards, educational examples, and personal or commercial storytelling projects that follow this policy.
• Paste your own story text and generate panels, dialogue layouts, and exports for legitimate creative work.
• Use character consistency tools for fictional cast members you have rights to depict.

Strictly prohibited

NSFW and sexual content is prohibited without exception.

• Generating, requesting, or distributing NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive images, dialogue, or stories of any kind, including AI-generated adult content.
• Content that sexualizes minors, or any depiction of anyone 17 or under in a sexual or suggestive context. This is strictly forbidden.
• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation workflows intended to impersonate real people.
• Violent crimes instructional content, terrorism, or content that promotes severe harm.
• Harassment, hate content targeting protected groups, or doxxing.
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights you do not own or have permission to use.
• Scams, malware, phishing, or attempts to bypass safety, moderation, billing, or credit systems.
• Automated bulk abuse that degrades service quality for other users.

Moderation

We use automated moderation, including third-party moderation APIs, plus additional filters before image generation. Prompts and related text may be checked for prohibited material. Violations can result in blocked generations, credit forfeiture for abusive attempts, account suspension, or termination.

If you believe content or an account violates this policy, email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Changes

We may update this policy as laws, payment-provider rules, or product risks change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
