Agreement
By accessing or using Comic Factory at comicfactory.app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Comic Factory is an independent online product that helps you turn written stories into multi-panel comics using third-party AI models. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators of those underlying models. Features, availability, and credit costs may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Prohibited content
You may not use Comic Factory to create, request, upload, or distribute NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or otherwise adult sexual content of any kind, including AI-generated imagery or dialogue. Face-swap, deepfake, and face-manipulation tools or workflows are not allowed. Additional restrictions are listed in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse, block, or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Credits, plans, and payments
Free credits, subscriptions, and one-time credit packs are described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Plan credits refresh each billing cycle and generally do not roll over. Credit pack balances expire according to the pack terms shown at purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel a recurring subscription from your account credits page by opening the billing portal (Manage billing). Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated in the portal. One-time credit packs are not subscriptions.
Refunds
If a paid generation fails and no usable image is produced, we do not keep those credits. For billing issues, contact [email protected]. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Creem may process refunds according to its Merchant of Record policies, including within 60 days of purchase when needed to resolve disputes or chargebacks.
Ownership and license
You retain rights to the story text you submit, subject to the rights of any third parties. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use comics you successfully generate for personal or commercial projects on paid plans as described on Pricing. Free plan use is for personal trial. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.
AI output disclaimer
AI-generated comics may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them. Do not use the service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if needed to protect the service or other users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comic Factory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
