• Content you submit to generate comics, including story text, panel prompts, captions, dialogue, and related settings.
• Generated outputs and usage data such as credit balance, plan status, and generation activity needed to operate the service.
• Technical data such as browser type, device information, IP address, and approximate location used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
• Payment-related identifiers from our Merchant of Record. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the comic generation service.
• Process subscriptions, credit packs, and account credits.
• Moderate prompts and outputs to prevent prohibited, harmful, or sexually explicit content.

Payments

Paid plans and credit packs are processed by Creem as our Merchant of Record. Creem may collect billing information needed to complete your purchase. Please also review Creem's own privacy terms for payment processing.

AI providers

Comic Factory is an independent product built on top of third-party AI models for text and image generation. Story text, prompts, and related inputs may be sent to those providers solely to generate your requested output. We do not sell your personal content as a marketing dataset.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, and product preferences stored in your browser. You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We retain account, billing, and usage records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.

Your choices

• Update account details from your signed-in account.
• Cancel a subscription through the billing portal linked from your credits page.
• Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal limits.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
